I used to have perfect skin and get compliments all the time. All I did was use a wet towel 2 wash my face. I took my clear skin for granted thinking every1 had it. I hit 7th grade and bam. I start breaking out a little. Of course I wasn't used 2 it and wanted it gone asap. I drove to harsh products (benzyle peroxide, selysilyce acid). They dried out my skin, burned it, flakes my skin, made it puffy and super sensative. My skin was no longer soft, pretty, glowy, or that pretty caramel color. I finally listened 2 my Mom and went natural. Natural things 2 stay away from: toothpaste, eggs, baking soda- worse, makes skin rough and dry, tomatoe. That's just me opinion from experience. I tried tee tree oil and it was great. I just wanted my soft glowy skin though. Warning: Tee tree only goes on as spot treatment. or else you'll get dry skin all over and that's not healthy pretty skin. Steaming gave me soft, plush, glowy skin again. One night my Mom said I wonder if yogurt would help. I luaghed at it but from desperation I looked it up and it was there for helping acne. Tee tree was good but I needed more (more the better was my memo). That night I spot treated w/ tee tree. Then after a few minutes 2 let it work applied yogurt as spot. yogurt could go all over the face. 1st always wash ure face. I used original noxema. It works best 4 me. I would nvr use any harsh wash. I know the noxema works 2 bcuz when we ran out I started getting worse again. Anyway after I did this all I went 2 sleep and woke up w/ smaller and less acne. I was excited and will always use this. I am now 100% clear. The yogurt has cleared up the scars 2.
