For the first one, after drying the skin, an application of 10% alpha hydroxy acid will do the job. For severe cases, an application of 2.5 % benzyl peroxide before alpha hydroxy acid is recommended. When severe acne is spread around the body, it would be advisable to make use of a medication known as accutane.
