Stress is a huge part of the modern lifestyle and it can take a mental overhaul to stay within healthy levels. My favorite methods of reducing stress include exercise, meditation, and just being with nature.
- Take Proper Care of Your Skin - I used to wash my face 5-10 times a day, thinking it was a good idea. Boy, was I wrong! The goal should be to reduce irritation as much as possible, so only wash your face up to 2 times per day. Don't pop your pimples as this just makes things worse. In fact, try to not touch your face in general. Use high quality cleansers/moisturizers and consider using an exfoliant like salicylic acid.
