With the kind of stress, nowadays, that is long-standing; you need a more holistic approach in treating your acne. Here are some methods to consider:
1. First, you have to know how to relax. Getting enough sleep gives the chance for both the mind and body to rest. It is also good to take catnaps of 20 ? 30 minutes during the day to feel recharged.
2. You can go for light body massages. These improve blood circulation and relieve body of tension.
3. Experience the calming effects of aromatherapy that, likewise, help the mind and body to relax with the help of essential oils.
4. Engaging in yoga or other forms of meditation enables one to relax, particularly, the mind.
I have my own ways of combating stress. I do things that I find enjoyable. I do cardiovascular exercises, regularly, and this gives me happy hormones, if there is such a thing.
